The purple ombre color scheme on the bottle is very pretty and inspires me to actually use it. There is a hard plastic handle to hold it by, which is a little on the thin side, but seems strong enough. We'll see how strong, when the bottle is full of liquid though. The chug opening is not too big, so I shouldn't have water dripping down my chin in the future. The seal is very good on the lid, so the leak-proof claim checks out. The silicone boot at the bottom integrates very well into the design of the bottle and it doesn't slide, that's for sure. It's removable, so if you worry about washing it well, it just peels off. The only weird thing about the bottle is the straw feature. It shows the straw sipper not fully installed in the top of the bottle so you can see the mechanism. But when the straw is fully installed down in the hole, it's really short. Like, really short. It's retractable, so that the lid can screw down on top of it. And there is a very wobbly flexible tube that attaches to the inside of the straw sipper that flops down to the bottom of the bottle. For some reason, I can see difficulty in trying to clean out this floppy tube and it just kind of grosses me out a little. Maybe not a big deal for most folks, but I'll not be using the straw sipper because of how short it is on top and how hose-y it is inside. I think a rigid tube would've been a better design.
