The Hydroflask bottle is quite good. It keeps the water the temperature that it was when it was put into the bottle. It also does a good job of not leaking. It does fit into the cupholders in my car. For reference, I have a Toyota RAV4 hybrid 2019.
The thing that I really don’t like is that the straw is annoying to use. You have to have it all the way open, otherwise you are unable to get water to come up. Because the straw moves so easily, you either have to hold it still in order to drink water or just try and wiggle it back-and-forth to get it back to the right spot. The old Hydro flask lids never had this problem. I wish that they would go back to the original straw lid model. I ended up going with a different type of brand altogether because of this, and I like that one better. Unfortunate, because this is so expensive and because Hydro flask used to have consistently well-made products.
