Q4: Heating performance is not good enough.
A: Under the safety regulation of CE & UL. We only can make this cup holder heat up to 60 Celsius to avoid people touch and burn, as it is open, not sealed. So our cup holder is used to keep hot drinks warm and not cool down so fast. Such as hot coffee. If you are not care of safety usage, we can customize a special model which can heat up to 70 Celsius for you.
Q5: It seems this cup holder is too noise.
A: In order to dissipate heat, we install a fan at the bottom of the cup holder. Sound comes from the fan motor and wind blowing. Just like the air-condition working. This is inevitable. Currently sound is no more than 45 dbs. Nevertheless, when people are driving, this noise can be covered by other sounds definitely. So it will not be a big problem for people actual use.
Q6: There are similar products in the market which is very cheap, what is the difference between yours and theirs?

Q7: The difference between cooling only model and heating & cooling model
A: The chip and materials for both models are the same, but the cooling only model has different PCB program from heating & cooling model. In addition, switch power button for cooling only model is on the car charger, Simply switch on/off on the car charger., While heating & cooling model switch button is on the top of cup circle. You can directly press the two different switches to work and press again to shut down.
Q8: Can this cup holder be used on Truck or Bus?
A: Only 12V power source is available. Or using adapter convert to 12V. Truck or Bus is 24V.
Q9: Can we pour drinks into the cup holder to cool down or heat up?
A: Our cup holder is for bottle or can, please does not pour your drinks into it.
