Are these bottles & lids dishwasher safe?
Yes! Dishwasher safe. Please place them on the top rack.
Hand washing is recommended for max lomgevity for the lid. It’s not good to let the heat and moisture sit on the lid.
Is the protective sleeve dishwasher safe?
Neoprene is low odour, completely normal and safe. Hand wash is recommended.
It can be washed with warm water and dish soap, soaked with vinegar, and soaked with hot water and detergent.
Please purchase with caution if you are sensitive to smells!
Can I put the beverage bottle filled with water in the freezer?
These bottles are not freezer safe. Freezing liquid can cause pressure and expansion, which may lead to cracking. We recommend storing in the refrigerator or at room temperature only.
Do the bottles leak if turned upside down?
Not at all. Each bottle features a stainless steel lid with an airtight, leak-proof seal.
If the leak-proof pad keeps falling off, please check whether it is installed upside down.
