However, I ordered this specific bottle because it advertised that it could be used with hot and cold beverages, it also stated that it kept cold drinks cold for 12 hours and hot drinks hot for 8 hours -leading me to believe that it had some type of insulation. When I received the water bottle it had an insert inside stating that it was only meant for cold beverages and it is not insulated.
