Stanley is kicking off 2026 with its annual Lunar New Year tumbler release, introducing a limited-edition version of its cult-favorite Quencher ProTour Flip Straw Tumbler in a festive red-and-gold design inspired by the Year of the Horse. The new design features flowing stallion artwork and metallic gold accents meant to symbolize energy, movement and good fortune which are traditionally associated with the horse in the Lunar zodiac and the idea of a fresh, forward-looking start to the year.
The Lunar New Year Quencher is available in two sizes: the 30-ounce version priced at $45 and the 40-ounce version priced at $50, both sold directly through Stanley in limited quantities, with a purchase limit of five per customer.

This year’s Lunar New Year tumbler stands out not just for its festive look, but for the lid upgrade. Unlike last year’s FlowState Quencher, which featured a rotating three-position lid, the 2026 edition uses Stanley’s newer ProTour Flip Straw lid. The flip-top straw design is built to be leakproof when closed, making it better suited for commuting, gym bags and everyday travel. The straw flips up for sipping, snaps shut when you’re done and creates a sealed top that’s less prone to spills.
The body itself keeps the classic Quencher DNA that made the tumbler a viral hit in the first place. It’s made from 18/8 recycled stainless steel, features double-wall vacuum insulation to keep drinks cold for hours and includes Stanley’s signature comfort-grip handle that makes carrying a full 40 ounces far more manageable. The tapered base still fits most standard car cupholders, which remains one of the biggest selling points for commuters and road-trippers.
Visually, this seems to be of Stanley’s most symbolic Lunar New Year designs yet. In Lunar tradition, the horse represents vitality, perseverance and progress, and Stanley leans into that narrative with motion-filled linework that makes the stallion appear mid-stride across the tumbler’s surface.
Like past Lunar New Year releases, this drop is expected to be limited and fast-moving. Previous Stanley Lunar New Year tumblers sold out quickly and frequently popped up on resale platforms at marked-up prices, making this one a potential must-buy for both Stanley collectors and anyone who’s missed earlier special editions.
